The Visitor Log e-Book is the ideal substitute for the traditional paper book and there are many reasons to use it:
- You save money because you will not have to buy a paper book again.
- You save space by not having to store more paper books that in most cases are useless and end up in the trash can.
- You contribute to save the planet avoiding the use of paper and with this the felling of trees.
- It gives your facilities a modern touch and your visitors will be impressed.
- It helps to implement an information confidentiality mechanism. Your visitors data is not available to anyone who takes the book.
- It allows you to easily and quickly browse who have entered your facilities, how long they have stayed and where they are.
- You can know in a matter of seconds how many visitors are inside your facilities.
- The information you collect from your visitors is legible and is available for you to query at any time, you can export it to a computer or external hard drive and store it for as long as you want.
- It allows you to select what information you want to keep from your visitors, including their photograph and their vehicle's.
- While not in use, you can automatically play a video that promotes your brand or company.
Among the main functions found in our Visitor Log e-Book are:
* It is possible to define the information that is requested to visitors, including their photographs and the ones of their vehicles,
* Allows a video playback when the device is not in use,
* Queries and administrator options can be protected with a password,
* The information can be exported to a file compatible with any spreadsheet to generate reports and / or be stored,

The Visitors Log e-Book is a substitute for the traditional useless and problematic paper book, the information is stored internally in the device where it is installed.
The free version allows you to register up to ten visitors a day, for a larger volume, it is recommended a Premium upgrade and thus take full advantage of all the benefits offered by an electronic book for visits registration .
