WarteManager is a flexible and secure solution for digital waiting lists, queue calling, patient flow management and visitor organization – ideal for clinics, practices, public offices, service providers, workshops, salons, retail and many other industries.

💡 How it works

WarteManager transforms any Android tablet into a fully functional queue and visitor management system. Your device becomes a local server, and all features are accessible through any browser in your Wi-Fi network.

All devices operate locally – no internet required, no cloud, fully GDPR/HIPAA-friendly by design.

🧾 Self Check-In

Visitors, customers, or patients take a waiting number directly on the tablet or by scanning the on-screen QR code.
Optional: automatic ticket printing (Epson support).

👩‍💻 Remote Check-In

Staff can issue waiting numbers through the web dashboard or automatically via GDT import from practice management systems (AIS/PMS).

🔄 Live status in the browser

New: Visitors can follow their waiting status in real time via QR code in the mobile browser – no app installation required.
(Internet connection optional for live updates.)

📺 Queue display on TV & monitors

Show calls and information on Smart TVs, Fire TVs, or any browser – with customizable layouts and your own content.
