O‘qish va/yoki ishlashning o‘ziga yarasha qiyinchiligi bor. Ayniqsa, bu xorijiy mamlakatda bo‘lsa, ushbu qiyinchilik ikki baravar ortadi. Musofir yurtda ta’lim olish yoki mehnat faoliyati davomida turli qiyinchilik, murakkab vaziyatlar, mushkul damlarga tushib qolish hech gap emas. Shunday vaziyatda inson biroz qo‘llab-quvvatlashga, ko‘makka ehtiyoj sezadi. Ushbu ko‘makning beg‘araz, qolaversa, o‘z ona yurtidan bo‘lishi har qanday og‘ir vaziyatni tez yengib o‘tishga sabab bo‘ladi.
Oʻzbekiston yoshlari umumjahon assotsiatsiyasi tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “MUSOFIR” xayriya loyihasi aynan ushbu vaziyatdagi, ya’ni xorijda ta’lim olish va/yoki mehnat faoliyatini amalga oshirish davomida turli qiyinchilik, murakkab vaziyatlarga tushib qolgan o‘zbekistonlik talaba va ishchi migrantlarga ijtimoiy yordam ko‘rsatishni nazarda tutadi. Ushbu beg‘araz yordam xorijdagi yurtdoshlari taqdiriga befarq bo‘lmagan fuqarolarimiz tomonidan turli yo‘llar va vositalar orqali kelib tushgan xayriya mablag‘lari hisobidan amalga oshiriladi.
Loyiha O‘zbekiston Respublikasidagi yoshlarga oid davlat siyosati hamda mavjud muammo va kamchiliklarni inobatga olgan holda O‘zbekiston yoshlari umumjahon assotsiatsiyasi tomonidan xorijdagi murakkab vaziyatga tushib qolgan o‘zbekistonlik yoshlar murojaatlarni ijobiy hal etish yuzasidan amaliy chora-tadbirlar ko‘rish ko‘lamini kengaytirish, xorijiy mamlakatlarda mehnat faoliyatini amalga oshirish va/yoki ta’lim olish bilan bog‘liq ijtimoiy qiyinchiliklarga duch kelayotgan hamyurtlarimizga xorijiy va mahalliy tashkilotlar hamda moliyaviy barqarorlikka ega fuqarolardan izchil xayriya moliyaviy yordamlari ko‘rsatilishi mexanizmining yo‘lga qo‘yilishini ta’minlashga qaratilgan.
