描述
This area is approximately 11,320 acres (45.8 km2) of garden city and intelligent city, 38% of the area is green spaces in which the natural landscape is enhanced. The plan incorporated a network of open spaces and wide boulevards and it was Malaysia's biggest project and one of Southeast Asia's largest at the time of construction. Alongside with the development, there are also a lot of local SMEs in the area, of which were greatly affected recently, and our Prihatin Putrajaya app aims to help by promoting support for local SMEs.
The only direct rail connection to this area is the KLIA Transit line. There is a MRT Line scheduled for completion in 2022/2023 also. With the fast changing landscape of the area, local users can catch up with happenings around them by referring updates of information in the Prihatin Putrajaya app, to better connect with the community here. On the other hand, there is a proposed HSR Kuala Lumpur–Singapore High Speed Rail that will also stop here along the route from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.
On top of that, the other group of the population can rely on bus services using natural gas-powered buses and a few electric buses, with bus stops everywhere. Rapid KL, Causeway Link and Cityliner also provides bus services to other areas such as Banting, Puchong, Bandar Utama and Petaling Jaya.
