Events Hub
Campus life is more than classes. The Events Hub organizes everything from wild nights out to the study session you need to ace your exam. Browse events posted by other students, clubs, and local partners. Find concerts, sports games, lectures, and parties, all with photos, descriptions, and ticketing links.
Use filters to sort by category, date, or popularity. Switch to map view and instantly see where things are happening. Hotspot promotions make the busiest events impossible to miss. Instead of juggling multiple groups and word-of-mouth invites, StuSync gives you one clean hub for what is happening this week.
Housing Hub
Finding housing should not feel like guesswork. StuSync makes it transparent. Browse rentals, sublets, and shared student housing in one place. Every post includes photos, pricing, location details, and contact info. List your own sublet in minutes, or search by filters such as price range, bedroom number, and housing type.
Switch between list and map view depending on how you like to search. Verified housing partners, including landlords and agencies, provide added trust and reduce the risks of scams. StuSync’s Housing Hub keeps everything organized, searchable, and built for student life.
UMatch Social Matching
Meeting people is one of the biggest parts of university, and UMatch makes it easier. It is a universal swipe system that combines four connection types into one:

Expand Academic Network
Select your categories, swipe to like or pass, and become friends when the interest is mutual. Instead of bouncing between apps for making connections, UMatch unifies it all in one safe student-only system.
Messaging
Conversations are built into StuSync. When you find a match, housing listing, or event, you can chat without leaving the app. Messaging is connected directly to your interactions, so there is no need to track multiple chats across random platforms. Keep all your conversations organized and secure in one place.
Marketplace
Students are always trading. From textbooks and dorm furniture to tutoring sessions and haircuts, the StuSync Marketplace makes it safe and simple. Post with photos, descriptions, and prices. Search by category or keyword to find exactly what you need. Each listing has messaging built in, so buying and selling stays organized. Unlike other online Marketplaces, StuSync is student-only, so you know who you are dealing with.
Trust and Safety
What sets StuSync apart is safety. Every account is verified with our proprietary student ID verification system. This ensures that only real students gain access, keeping bots, scammers, and outsiders away. Students can report or block instantly, and admins manually review flagged content. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and accounts are protected with two-factor verification.

Expanding Soon
StuSync begins now at Laurier and Waterloo, and is soon to be available for every post-secondary school in the country. As more campuses join, students will gain access to a national student network while still keeping their experience tailored to their own school.
StuSync is free to use, with optional upgrades like StuSync Plus for students and Partner Plans for local businesses unlocking extra posting power, boosting options, and priority listings.
