(সংস্থার সদস্য,সাধারণ মানুষি ও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংস্থা/ব্যক্তির আর্থিক অনুদানে পরিচালিত স্বনির্ভর সংস্থা)
“বিশ্ব রাজবংশী উন্নয়ন মঞ্চ” ফেসবুক গ্রুপ থাকি বিতা ২০১৬ সাল থাকি সামাইন্য কিছু মানবিক কাম করা হইছে। কামের সাথোতে দরকার আছে গোটায় কোচ-রাজবংশী- কামতাপুরী জাতিক এক করা। সেই বাদে ফেসবুক গ্রুপ থাকি সামাজির সংস্থা আরোহ্ এনজিও তৈরি করা হইছে।
পত্থমে উত্তরবঙ্গের সৌগ জেলার আগ্রহী মানসিলাক নিয়া ব্লক মহাকুমা ও জেলা কমিটি তৈরি করা হছে। সৌগ জাতি দরদিয়া মানষিরঠে সংস্থা, এনজিওর সদস্য হয়া জাতির জইন্যে কাম করিবার আটুশ থাকিল।
নিচা আসাম, উত্তরবঙ্গ আরোহ্ বগলের বিহারের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ ও বৃহত্তম জনগোষ্ঠী হইল রাজবংশী। কুন কুন জাগাত বসবাস করা ৬৫% থাকি ৭০% মানষি রাজবংশী হলেও সহজ-সরল স্বভাব, শিক্ষা সচেতনতার অভাবের সাথোতে আর্থিক ও রাজনৈতিক সচেতনতার অভাবের কারণে পাছে পড়ির ধরিছে। সাথোতে ১৯৪৭ সালের দ্যাশভাগের সমাই ভৌগোলিক ভাবে জাতিটা ভেইল্লা অংশে ভাগ হয়া পড়ে। একেই সাথে আজি পর্যন্ত বগলের দ্যাশগিলা থাকি আইস্যা মানষির ভিড় এঠেকার রাজবংশী জাতির আর্থিক-সামাজিক দুর্গতি বাড়ে তুলিছে।
আর্থিক-রাজনৈতিক বঞ্চনা বর্তমান সমাইতও সৌগ ক্ষেত্রত ক্রমশঃ বাড়িবার নাগিছে । “বিশ্ব রাজবংশী উন্নয়ন মঞ্চ” কুন প্রকার জাতি-ধর্ম-বর্ণের প্রতি বিদ্বেষ না ছড়েয়া নিজের অন্তর মূল্যায়ন ও সচেতনতা মইধ্য দিয়া উত্তরণের প্রচেষ্টা।
লক্ষ্য:-
আর্থ-সামাজিক,সাংস্কৃতিক ও ঐতিহ্যের উন্নতির মাধ্যমে বৃহত্তর কোচ-রাজবংশী জনজাতির সামগ্রিক উন্নতি।
উদ্দেশ্যঃ-
১) আর্থিক উন্নতিঃ- দ্যাশ ভাগের আগোত এঠেকার ভূমিপুত্রলার হাতত মোট সম্পত্তির ৯০ শতাংশের বেশি ছিল। আর বর্তমান আর্থ-সামাজিক পরিস্থিতিত ভূমিপুত্রের বড় অংশ রাজবংশী জাতির ৮০ শতাংশের বেশি মানষি দারিদ্র্যসীমানার নিচত পড়ি আছে। রাজবংশীসহ ভূমিপুত্রলার অবস্থার এই পতন থাকি তলত্থি অঠের বাদে ভেইল্লা উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হবে।
ক) কিষাণলার বাদে প্রশিক্ষণ, আধুনিক পদ্ধতিত চাষবাস ও সহজ ও কম সুদে ঋণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
খ) কুটির শিল্পের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ, খোঁজখবর আরো তৈরি করা জিনিসের বাজারে ব্যবস্থা করা।
গ) ছোট ছোট ব্যবসাত উৎসাহ ও প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
ঘ) সংস্থার নিজস্ব সমবায় তৈরি করা জাতে কৃষি শিল্প ও ব্যবসাত সহজ ও কম সুদে ঋণের ব্যবস্থা করা যায়।
২)সাহাইয্য:- আর্থিক দৈন্যদশার কারণে অভাবি দুখি মানষির ভিড় রাজবংশী সমাজত সবসাইতে বেশি। এছাড়াও খালি আর্থিক কারণে অগুনতি রাজবংশী পড়ুয়া, খেলটুক হারেয়া যাছে পত্তি বছর।
৩)হারেয়া যাবার ধরা সংস্কৃতির চর্চাঃ- কোচ-রাজবংশী জাতির নিজস্ব সংস্কৃতি স্বতন্ত্র আরোহ্ উৎকর্ষ হলেও সঠিক চর্চা আরো অবহেলা বাদে আজি বিলুপ্ত হবার ধরিসে। সেইজইন্যে ঐতিহ্যপূর্ণ চুন্নি, মেছেনি মনশিক্ষা,পালাটিয়া, বিষহড়ি তুক্ষা, কুষাণের সাথোতে ভাওয়াইয়া গান, নাচের প্রশিক্ষণ, চর্চা, প্রচারের সাথোতে আধুনিক করি তুলা। অইন্যপাখে ভোজনপ্রিয় রাজবংশী সমাজের খাইদ্য বা খরাগও বৈচিত্র্যময়।
৪)ঐতিহ্য রক্ষাঃ- ক) ঐতিহাসিক জাগা, জমি ও নিদর্শন যেমন রাজা বা জমিদার বাড়ি, মন্দির, দিঘি, হাসপাতাল, বাগান ইত্যাদি সংরক্ষণ এবং আধুনিকীকরণের জইন্যে ট্রাস্ট গঠন, প্রশাসনের নজরত আনা।
খ)স্থানীয় ভিত্তিতে ধর্মীয় উৎসব, পার্বণে হারেয়া যাবার ধরা সংস্কৃতির প্রদর্শনের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৫) প্রতিভার বিকাশঃ- আর্থিক সহযোগিতা ছাড়াও মেধা আরোহ প্রতিভার বিকাশের বাদে খেলটুক আর পড়ুয়াগিলাক দরকারি সৌগ প্রকার সহযোগিতা করা৷
৬) চাকরির প্রশিক্ষণঃ- সরকারি আরোহ বেসরকারি চাকরির খবরাখবর দেওয়া সহ চাকরি উপযোগী করি তুলির বাদে উপযুক্ত প্রশিক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
৭) সম্মাননাঃ- জাতি আরোহ সমাজের মান বাড়াইছে বা বাড়েবার ধৈরচে এমন দক্ষ খেলটুক, পড়ুয়া থাকি আরাম্ভ করি সফল কিষাণ, শ্রমিক ও ব্যবসায়িক বা, অইন্য কুন ক্ষেত্রত ভাল্ কাম করিলে VRUM এর পক্ষ থাকিয়া যথাযথ সম্মাননা দেওয়া আরোহ্ সাথোতে কৃতিত্ব তোলত্থি ধরা।
৮) অন্যায়ের প্রতিবাদঃ- সমাজোত ঘটি চলা অন্যায়-অইত্যাচার, সম্মানহানিকর ঘটনা প্রশাসনের নজরত আনা।
