Zudem haben die Trainierenden Zugriff auf den persönlichen Trainingsplan – egal, wo sie sich auf der Welt befinden. Die Fitnesskunden können ihre Trainingsaktivitäten ausserhalb des Centers über ihr Smartphone dokumentieren. So hat der Trainer jederzeit den Überblick über die Trainingsaktivität seiner Kunden und kann den Trainingsplan nach den aktuellen Bedürfnissen anpassen oder auch einen speziellen Heimtrainingsplan erstellen. So sind die Kunden bestens betreut, auch wenn sie es aufgrund der privaten und beruflichen Belastung eher selten ins Center schaffen.
Die App verschafft einen kompletten Überblick über die Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten des Centers und zeigt das gesamte Angebot von Fitness Island - eine für die Schweiz einzigartige Wellness- und Fitnessinsel, die den höchsten Ansprüchen bezüglich Angebot, Infrastruktur, Lifestyle und Service gerecht wird.
Der Wellnessbereich umfasst eine Totes-Meer-Therme, eine grosszügige Feuersauna, eine Salzsauna, verschiedene Ruheräume, ein Sport- und Relaxbad, Aussenterrassen sowie ein in den Wellnessbereich integriertes Restaurantangebot. Daneben können diverse Angebote im Bereich Massagen und Kosmetik genutzt werden. Diverse Fitness- und Sportangebote wie Personaltraining oder vielfältige Gruppenkurse sowie eine 1500m2 grosse Gartenanlage mit Outdoor-Trainingsmöglichkeiten über den Dächern von Bronschhofen/Wil ermöglichen eine einzigartige Kombination zwischen Entspannung, Bewegung und Ernährung an einem Ort. Bei Fitness Island können Sie die Seele baumeln lassen und den Körper pflegen ohne weite Reisen auf sich nehmen zu müssen.
