Περιγραφή
A nivel funcional, la aplicación incorpora los siguientes componentes:
• Alertas inmediatas (comunicación en tiempo real): permite generar y remitir avisos instantáneos al Ayuntamiento ante una situación de peligro o emergencia, agilizando la transmisión del incidente y evitando demoras propias de canales no específicos.
• Notificaciones operativas de seguridad: posibilita la recepción de comunicaciones oficiales en el dispositivo sobre riesgos, incidencias relevantes o situaciones que requieran atención en el entorno del usuario, mediante notificaciones.
• Llamadas de emergencia integradas: incorpora iconos de accesos directos a números de emergencia, como el 112 ó el 092 para permitir una llamada inmediata desde la propia aplicación cuando sea necesario.
Requisito de operatividad: para garantizar que la herramienta sea útil, es imprescindible tener la aplicación descargada e instalada y estar debidamente registrado. Esto asegura que, en una situación crítica, el acceso a las funcionalidades sea inmediato y sin pasos previos que puedan retrasar el envío de la información.
