APPCCPRO es una aplicación profesional diseñada para facilitar el cumplimiento del sistema APPCC (Análisis de Peligros y Puntos de Control Críticos) en bares, restaurantes, cafeterías y negocios de hostelería en general.

Funciones principales:
• Registro de limpieza por zonas y materiales.
• Control de temperaturas de neveras y congeladores.
• Recepción de alimentos con toma de fotografías, observaciones y fechas.
• Detección automática de alérgenos en etiquetas mediante OCR e inteligencia artificial.
• Control y análisis del agua (registro de muestras y observaciones).
• Generación de informes en PDF por mes y tipo de registro.
• Edición de los datos de la empresa y exportación organizada.

APPCCPRO es la herramienta ideal para digitalizar tu sistema APPCC, garantizar la seguridad alimentaria, cumplir con las normativas sanitarias y simplificar auditorías e inspecciones.
