Built on a survivor-centric, restorative-first framework, the app ensures every case is handled with care, accuracy, and accountability — while meeting statutory and programmatic requirements.

* *Standardised Case Categorisation:* Six primary categories with comprehensive sub-categories for all types of harm.
* *Smart Flagging System:* Auto-flags cases with markers like Acute Crisis, Sexual Harm, or Financial Loss to ensure timely action.
* *Dynamic Case Tracks:* Choose Restorative, Legal-Institutional, or Dual pathways with easy updates as the case evolves.
* *Decision Support:* Intuitive question-based flow guides caseworkers step-by-step.
* *SOP Integration:* Automatically links cases to the right Standard Operating Procedures for immediate response.
* *Data-Driven Insights:* Enables aggregation, trend analysis, and advocacy at local and state levels.
* *Offline-ready & Easy to Use:* Optimised for low-bandwidth and field-level operation by community-based workers.

Empower GRCs to manage cases consistently, ensure survivor safety and choice, support lawful escalation, and strengthen data-driven gender justice initiatives.
