Açıklama
• AVISOS: Comunicados enviados pelos síndicos ou administradoras, moradores receberão notificações em tempo real no aplicativo.
• RESERVAS: Moradores realizam reservas dos espaços comuns (churrasqueiras, salão de festas…) e disponibilizam lista de convidados para controle da portaria através do aplicativo.
• CORRESPONDÊNCIAS: Os moradores recebem notificações de entregas de encomendas e as retiram na portaria.
• ACESSOS: Controle de acesso que pode ser gerenciado pelo porteiro mas também pelo morador. Envie convites a seus amigos e permita sua entrada em sua casa sem burocracia e espera. A cada acesso de empregados, prestadores de serviço, convidados, etc. os moradores recebem notificações através do aplicativo. Além disso permite a geração de QRCODE de acesso ou pânico pelo próprio morador.
• REGISTROS: Registre e acompanhe o andamento de ocorrências, elogios, sugestões ou críticas. Você pode anexar até 5 imagens referentes a cada registro efetuado e acompanhar as tratativas dos mesmos.
• MENSAGENS: Permite a troca de mensagens entre moradores, entre portaria e moradores e vice-versa e entre síndico e moradores e vice-versa.
• CADASTRO: Atualize os dados de pessoas cadastradas em sua unidade. Você pode dar permissão de acesso aos usuários que não precisarão mais enfrentar a espera do atendimento pela portaria.
• CÂMERAS: Tenha a visualização das câmeras de seu condomínio na palma de sua mão.
