The DPMS solution is able to assist in controlling all operational services performed daily in industrial units. From scaffolding assembly, through surface protection services (painting and fireproofing), thermal and acoustic insulation, electromechanics, etc., and including the necessary inspections to guarantee the quality of these services. All this in a digital way, more secure and reliable, and also much more accessible.
Our solution is adapted for mobile and web platforms, with the flexibility to also work offline for industrial sites and areas without internet connection. Synchronizing information in real time, while providing an overview of all work being performed.
With the possibility of integration with various market tools (ERPs, DMSs, BI Tools, RPA Tools, MS Office Tools, etc.) and with the ability to adapt to different industrial scenarios, DPMS is a considerably flexible solution capable of simplifying and digitizing processes in a much safer, more efficient, and faster way.
**Day-to-day with DPMS**
Our solution provides total control over the daily steps related to work orders performed in plants (surveys, estimates, authorizations, planning, execution, and inspection). In addition, auxiliary controls can be configured in DPMS such as: electronic work orders, resource allocation, time tracking, materials control, etc.
With DPMS, we significantly reduce the use of paper and forms, and furthermore, we concentrate information in secure and reliable databases since all information is collected through tablets and smartphones and synchronized on the servers.
**Key Features**
→ Scoping:
- Gather all items related to the work order (scaffolding, thermal insulation, painting, electromechanical, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.);
- Detail each item with its related contractual services;
- Create a preliminary plan for the execution of these services;
- Price all items and their related services for the work order.
→ Service Authorization
- If necessary, control authorizations for the execution of services. Avoid future doubts and discussions when measuring the services performed.
- Make your request/execution process more transparent.
→ Planning:
- Plan and define deadlines for your services;
- Define the person responsible for each service and grant permissions;
- Define the location, duration, execution date, number of people, and other information related to each service;
→ Performance:
- Track the progress of all services in real time;
- Visualize progress on interactive dashboards;
- Make strategic decisions based on KPIs consistent with your area's reality;
- Control revisions of completed services and requests for additional services.
→ Inspection:
- Control the quality of services stipulated in technical standards;
- Verify the compatibility between the service performed and the initial specification;
- Generate any NC (non-conformity) lists;
- Generate your Inspection Reports (RIs) directly from the tablet. This important feature allows inspection reports to be generated automatically (including photos and signatures).
