ECHOSPHÄRE
Nouvel  ECHOSPHÄRE ist eine mobile Anwendung zur Komposition und Verwaltung attraktiver und konsistenter Aufgabenstellungen, die durch einen oder mehrere Beteiligte erstellt, von diesen fortlaufend mit Informationen angereichert und bis zur Erledigung betreut werden sollen. Informationsverluste bei der Weitergabe der Aufgabenstellungen werden durch die App minimiert.
Die Funktionalität beinhaltet eine weitgehend automatisierte Dokumentationsfunktion über den Prozess der Aufgabenkomposition und erleichtert zugleich die Dokumentation von Arbeitszwischen- und Endergebnissen durch alle verantwortlichen Bearbeiter.
Darüber hinaus ermöglicht die Anwendung allen eingebundenen Beteiligten jederzeit einen Einblick in den dokumentierten Sach- und Bearbeitungsstand einer Aufgabe und automatisiert das Meldewesen bei Veränderung des Aufgabenstatus. Melde- und Delegationsketten werden sichtbar und Verzögerungen im Meldewesen werden effektiv reduziert.
Im Mittelpunkt von ECHOSPHÄRE steht Ihre Aufgabe als maßgebliches Objekt. Alle anderen Entitäten wie Personen, Gruppen oder Projekte ordnen sich funktionell der Aufgabe unter.
ECHOSPHÄRE ist ein Hilfsmittel zu Führung von Personal und widmet sich den zahlreichen und häufig unvorhergesehenen Aufgaben, die im Projektmanagement zahlreicher Branchen zum Alltag gehören.
