EFA-SmartConnect
With the EFA-SmartConnect® app you can manage your networked EFAFLEX doors at a glance. In the central overview you can see the status of each individual door in real time. The app simplifies the planning of maintenance and preventive maintenance. In addition, it is easy to contact the EFAFLEX service and directly send maintenance plans.

Requirements
For the use of EFA-SmartConnect® the control platform EFA-TRONIC® with activated EFA SmartConnect® expansion board is required. This can be retrofitted.

Networking
• Doors can be connected to a common network
• Doors can be integrated into existing networks

Door overview
• Overview page of all doors in the network with status and current cyclecounter
• Display of the remaining number of operations or time until the next maintenance

Maintenance
• Display of the service life of individual wear parts as date or number of remaining operations based on usage analysis

Parameterization
• Access to settings

Event Log
• Display of events and description

Support request
• Trigger a service request to EFAFLEX with transmission of relevant data

• Camera and microphone: Capturing QR codes and taking photos for support requests
• Location: Manage and automatically change WiFi networks
• Storage: Creation of support requests
