How to use:
Using this app is very simple and straightforward - you open the app and write your message, click encrypt and then press the copy icon to copy the encrypted text to your clipboard. Then paste this message wherever you like, be it as a joke in an online meeting or as a cryptical text message to your friend. When your friend receives this message, all he or she has to do is to copy and paste it into the app, press decrypt and voilà, your message appears on their screen!
Important: Anyone with this app will be able to decrypt a message encrypted using EncryptionX. If there is sufficient demand for a restriction on who can decrypt which messages (e.g. in the form of a friend list), that is a feature that Innotech Productions will consider adding free of charge.
Note: When encrypting, please press encrypt. Pressing decrypt on a text string that has not yet been encrypted will result in the original string being lost. This is because the encryption process is a one-to-many function, and can therefore not be reversed.
Fun fact:
The encrypted text is different every time you hit the Encrypt button, making it extremely difficult for ordinary people to figure out the algorithm. This is because the algorithm uses a series of randomized values that are cryptically embedded in the encrypted text string and interpreted accordingly when pressing the Decrypt button.
