Gennem arbejdsprocessen i appen udvælges en konkret booking af et syn på et køretøj. Her genkendes køretøjer ud fra en række stamdata om det specifikke køretøj. Der tilføjes via appen et foto af køretøjet, som er inde i synshallen eller på matriklen for den aktuelle synshal.
Synsdata og billede overføres til Færdselsstyrelsen som dokumentation for påbegyndelse af synet. Synsmedarbejderen afslutter synet og udskriver synsrapport, hvor billedet nu fremgår som en del af dokumentationen af synet
