描述
Es können unter anderem Unternehmer, Fahrzeuge, Fahrer und Fahrtarten verwaltet werden.
Der Schichtbeginn und das Schichtende wird pro Fahrer erfasst und kann später ausgewertet werden.
Nach Schichtende wird eine Zusammenfassung der Schicht ermittelt und mit entsprechenden Beträgen (Barfahrten, Gesamtbetrag) angezeigt.
Es können individuelle Fahrtarten wie z.B. Rechnungsfahrten, Einsteiger, Barfahrten usw. jeder Fahrt zugeordnet werden.
Je nach Definition können z.B. Zentralefahrten, Direktfahrten, ALT-Fahrten usw. jedem Fahrzeug zugeordnet werden. (Direktfahrten sind die Fahrten, die vom Fahrer manuell in der App erfasst werden können). Die bereits durch geführten Fahrten stehen weiterhin in der APP zu Verfügung.
Optional ist eine Ortung bzw. als Zusatzextra eine Spurverfolgung des Fahrzeugs möglich. Ebenso optional ist das Aktivieren einer Navigation möglich.
Diese App kann individuell eingestellt werden, was die Anzahl der Funktionen (Kacheln) betrifft. Ebenso Farben, Icons und Bezeichnungen.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein sogenanntes Unternehmerprotal, in dem der Unternehmer seine Fahrzeuge, Fahrer usw. verwalten kann. Dort kann der Unternehmer die Offenen Fahrten, erledigte Fahrten kontrollieren und pro Schicht eine Schichtauswertung ausgeben lassen.
