This app is mostly useful for who are fabricate, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, column, reboiler, Condensor, Heater, Boiler, Storage tank, Receiver, Heavy engineering, Heavy equipment fabrication, Reactor, Agitator, Structure, Ducting, Insulation cladding, Food industry equipment, Dairy equipment, Pharma equipment - Rotto Cone vaccum dryer, Vaccum tray dryer, Nutsche filter, Agitated Nutsche filter dryer, Other all typer of dryer, Other all types of Filter, Petrochemical - Oil and Gas refinery equipment, Chemical equipment. This app also use for that person who working as a Design engineer , QC Engineer , Production and Planing Engineer , Worker , fitter , welder , Draughstman , Company owner , Marketing engineer , Head of all respective department.
This app contains below items. Detail of app function described below
1) Weight Calculator :
-> All shapes weight and cost calculate. All type of shapes like plate, pipe, ring, circle, round bar, rectangular bar, square bar, triangular bar, C-section, T-section, I-section and Angle.
2) Dish blank dia calculator :
-> You can find All types of dish blank dia , dish height , knuckle radius , crown radius.
3) Nozzle pipe & flange marking :
-> Flange hole marking ,
-> Find dimension of Nozzle orientation ,
-> Get max and min. height of straight , offcenter/tangential , inclined nozzle setup on shell as well as straight nozzle setup on dish.
4) Pipe & Pipe Branch Layouts :
-> Shell development ,
-> Pipe to pipe joint Layout ,
-> Y-connection layout ,
-> Inclined / Lateral pipe layout ,
-> Off-center / Tangential pipe layout
-> Pipe cut one and both end layout.
5) Cone layout :
-> Concentric frustum cone development : user can define no of long-seam value , user can also get plat size for more than 1 segment of cone.
-> Find slant height and OD at specific height of cone,
-> Multi-joint frustum cone development : user can define height of multi-joint section
-> Roof type cone development ,
-> Eccentric cone development,
-> Rectangular to round cone layout ,
-> Concentric Square / Rectangular cone layout ,
-> Eccentric Square / Rectangular cone layout ,
6) Miter-bend Layouts :
-> You can get any number of part miter bend layout.
7) Ring/Flange segment layouts :
-> Single Ring/Flange segment marking
-> More than 1 Ring/Flange segment marking : user can get plat size also.
-> Find ring/flange segment angle by entering width of plate. Segment either arrange horizontal or vertical
8) Surface area calculator :
-> All shapes of surface area calculate.
9) Volume calculator :
-> Volume calculation of Shell/Pipe , All types of Dish , Frustum cone , Roof cone , Square / rectangular tank , Square cone
-> Combine volume of Shell + Dish +
10) Heat exchanger :
-> You can find number pf tube arrange in tubesheet
-> Find Heat transfer area , number pf tube , tube length.
11) Coil length & Coil marking :
-> Find Helical coil length and limpet coil length.
-> Marking of single start and double start limpet coil on dish.
12) Spiral stiffner development :
-> Spiral stiifner setup inside jacket you can get its development easily. Also you can use for screw conveyor blade.
13) Bodyflange development :
-> Find bodyflange development length its weight and costing.
