说明
Az alkalmazás a problémához megadott kategória alapján továbbítja a bejelentést az illetékes intézményhez, céghez. Rossz kategória kiválasztása esetén az intézmények egymás között a megfelelő helyre továbbítják a bejelentést. Amennyiben a bejelentéssel együtt megad a felhasználó egy e-mail címet, akkor a megadott e-mail címre az adott intézmény visszajelez. A probléma leírása mellett a felhasználó megadhatja a helyet (GPS koordinátákkal), amelynek alapértelmezése az a hely, ahol éppen áll a mobileszközzel a kezében. A leírás és a pontos hely kiegészítéseképpen készíthetünk maximum 3 fényképet is a bejelentés jobb érthetősége érdekében.
