Die Helios Safe App dient ausschließlich der sicheren Anmeldung im Helios Patientenportal. Die App macht Ihr Smartphone zu einem individuellen Schlüssel, damit nur Sie auf Ihre sensiblen Informationen zugreifen können.
Nach der einmaligen Verknüpfung der Helios Safe App mit Ihrem Benutzerkonto wird die App zusätzlich zum normalen Login für die sichere Anmeldung im Helios Patientenportal benötigt, sobald Sie auf einen geschützten Bereich zugreifen möchten.
So verknüpfen Sie die Helios Safe App:
1. Laden Sie die Helios Safe App auf Ihr Smartphone herunter und installieren die App.
2. Verknüpfen Sie die installierte Helios Safe App mit Ihrem vorhandenen Benutzerkonto.
3. Authentifizieren Sie sich mit der Helios Safe App, um die geschützten Bereiche zu nutzen.
Die Authentifizierung mit der Helios Safe App wird nach der einmaligen Verknüpfung nur wenige Sekunden benötigen, erhöht das Maß an Sicherheit aber deutlich. Wir empfehlen die Helios Safe App nicht mit dem Gerät zu nutzen, mit welchem Sie auch auf das Helios Patientenportal zugreifen.
