# Cung cấp giải pháp PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) cho việc gửi – nhận hàng giữa Shipper, Đối tác PUDO (cửa hàng), và Người nhận.
# Đảm bảo tính minh bạch, chính xác:
- Hai lần chụp ảnh (lúc cửa hàng nhận hàng từ Shipper, lúc cửa hàng giao cho Người nhận).
- Bước xác nhận cuối cùng của Người nhận trước khi đơn chuyển “Đã giao”.
# Các bên được thông báo kịp thời (push notification/SMS) theo từng sự kiện.

#Các đối tượng và ứng dụng
- Shipper
Dùng Shipper App để khai báo thông tin đơn, quét QR của cửa hàng, nhận thông báo về trạng thái.
- Đối tác PUDO - Partner App (Nhân viên của cửa hàng)
Dùng Partner App để nhận thông báo gói hàng mới, quản lý việc nhận – giao, chụp ảnh bưu kiện, cập nhật trạng thái, quét mã PIN/QR người nhận.
- Người nhận
Dùng Customer App (hoặc nhận thông tin qua SMS) để biết lúc nào hàng đến cửa hàng, có mã PIN/QR, rồi xác nhận “Đã nhận hàng” trên app

Partner App tại cửa hàng:
# Nhận push notification: “Có gói hàng mới đang chờ xác nhận”.
# Bấm nút "Nhận hàng" để mở “Danh sách gói mới” hoặc bấm vào thông báo ở trên => thấy gói hàng (ID, SĐT người nhận, thông tin Shipper).
# Bấm ‘Nhận hàng’ ⇒ chụp ảnh bưu kiện ⇒ đơn chuyển “Đã gửi hàng”.
# Hệ thống gửi SMS/App cho Người nhận: “Hàng đã đến, mã PIN/QR…”, đồng thời gửi thông báo cho Shipper: “Cửa hàng đã nhận bưu kiện”.
