JUUUDGE
JUUUDGE is the fast, reliable, and modern solution for judge calls at tabletop tournaments. Players call a judge to their table via QR code, organizers keep track of all requests, and the team works in a structured way — transparent, traceable, and without chaos.

For Organizers (TOs)

• Create and control tournaments live: start/stop rounds with integrated round timer, see real-time status
• Share player access: public link and QR code (with invitation code)
• Manage judge team: individual links/QRs, email notifications
• Broadcast messages: send important information instantly to all players and judges (with push notifications)
• Integrated email system: notify TOs/judges by mail (also as fallback when push fails)
• Push notifications (optional): respond quickly when a call comes in
• Calls database: prepare and reuse your own standard responses
• Global JUUUDGE Calls: import proven, curated calls from other tournaments
• Table map: upload images OR create an interactive layout with tables (drag & drop), including import/export
• Time Plan: schedule the full tournament timeline with times and descriptions, optionally with images
• User management: detect misuse, block/unblock players
• Rules/Rulespack: provide a link for players (e.g., PDF)
• Statistics & charts: calls per round, reasons per round, KPIs
• Onboarding tutorial: step-by-step guide directly inside the admin dashboard
• Multilingual (DE/EN/FR), dark mode, mobile optimized

For Judges

• Clean queue: track open/resolved calls
• Record reasons and details: consistent, traceable communication
• Mandatory note (optional): better documentation and quality
• Quick access: personal link or QR, also on mobile devices

For Players

• Scan QR code, enter table number, done — no app registration required
• Intuitive onboarding: redesigned player page with better guidance and immersive design
• Provide structured info/questions (details/reasons)
• View the round timer live: always see remaining time of the current round
• Receive broadcast messages: important TO updates delivered instantly
• Optional: jump directly to the rules pack
• View the time plan: full schedule of rounds, breaks, and events
• Provide feedback after the event (optional)

How It Works

The TO creates the tournament, configures the time and table plan, and shares the player link (or QR).

Players scan the QR code, enter their table — done. They call a judge when needed.

Judges process calls in a structured workflow, document decisions, and see the round timer.

Organizers control rounds with the timer, send broadcasts, check statistics, and manage the team.
