Effortless to use
Users effortlessly protect and use corporate login credentials and other sensitive information. Passwords no longer need to be created, remembered or looked up. Your employees save time by using the KPN Password Manager and become more productive. They no longer spend time managing or recovering login data. Existing passwords can also be imported effortlessly so you have everything securely in one place. Get seamless and secure access to their own login credentials by using Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The KPN Password Manager does the job, with your privacy and security a top priority.
Data privacy & security
All data is securely synchronized, with end-to-end encryption, to the cloud of a Dutch data center. Your privacy and the security of your data are paramount. Only you as a user have secure access to your current encrypted data from anywhere. At any location, via any browser, or any device. This data remains secret to everyone else, including us. All data is encrypted with AES-GCM and RSA-2048 keys.
Dutch KPN service
The KPN Password Manager is a Dutch service developed by KPN in collaboration with a partner that specializes in encryption and security.
With the KPN Password Manager you get:

• Privacy: no one except you has access to your data. We can never access, use, share or sell your data.
• Data storage in the Netherlands: all data is stored only in the Netherlands, under strict Dutch and EU privacy and data legislation
• Secure information sharing: keep control over the easy and encrypted sharing of sensitive data with colleagues
• Centralized user management: via KPN Grip user management is extra simple and clear
