Mersal
Mersal Allawati is a free mobile application which is created based on the demand from Allawati community living in Oman. This application provides various informational services to the community to improve the lifestyle by digitizing the community and changing their behaviors from the traditional offline service offering to an online setup. Through this app the community will be able to see the prayer time and set alerts if needed, get push notifications on the latest local news, announcements, events, occasions and so forth, as well as be in proper touch to better collaborate with each other. It will also cater as a single point for the community to understand the responsibility of the various committee serving in the community and reach out to their members.

Any user will be able to download and register to the application using the mobile number and the OTP. The users will require an active mobile number to complete the registration and log in to the app. The app will be available 24/7 and provided in two languages English and Arabic. The Application is suitable for kids and adults.

This application will also provide a calendar with occasions and evens the committee wants to announce to the members such as local programs, weddings, funerals, and prayer schedule.

Finally, this application will be enhanced based on the feedback and demand / requests received from the community to add additional services in the future
