Da oggi con la nuova App MIG avrai a disposizione funzioni dedicate per gestire i ticket, aumentare il business e trovare i locali convenzionati dove andare a spenderli!
- Aziende e Professionisti - Con la App MIGforYou, potrai abbattere le tue spese di gestione e, in pochi istanti, controllare e consultare gli ordini oppure verificare i dati dei tuoi dipendenti.
-Gestione Ordine: ogni cliente inserisce il proprio ordine mensile, che può essere:
-Generico - Selezionare il tipo di ticket Mig e compilare tutti i campi della schermata, confermare e procedere all’acquisto.
-Nominativo - È possibile gestire le impostazioni per ogni dipendente o compilare direttamente un ordine valido per tutti i dipendenti.
- Area Esercenti FOOD e NO FOOD: Possibilità di transare i buoni pasto elettronici Lunch PAY senza l’utilizzo del terminale POS, di consultare tutti i ticket inseriti e non ancora fatturati, controllare lo storico ed emettere fattura.
-Registra ticket. L’Esercente può registrare il ticket del dipendente e dematerializzarlo con un semplice click.
- Portafoglio ticket. In questa area è possibile monitorare i ticket da fatturare e visualizzare lo storico di quelli già fatturati: l’accredito avviene in tempo reale e l’esercente riceve contemporaneamente una comunicazione via e-mail.
-Emissione fattura. Selezionando il periodo di riferimento e i buoni utilizzati è possibile emettere fattura (con proprio n. progressivo e data), inviarla a Mig per il rimborso e stamparla.
-Consultazione fatture. In quest’area è possibile verificare se le fatture emesse sono state liquidate e lo storico.
- Area Dipendenti: Il dipendente in possesso di buoni cartacei o elettronici può:
-Cercare il tipo di locale nella zona geografica di proprio interesse.
-Controllare la validità dei propri ticket.
-Tracciare il credito disponibile dei buoni e i ticket utilizzati.
-Ottimizzare la scadenza del credito residuo.
-Bloccare la Lunch PAY card in caso di furto o smarrimento.
- Ricerca locali: con questa funzione è possibile trovare tutti gli esercizi convenzionati nella nostra Rete nazionale e impostare i filtri per la tua ricerca personalizzata.
