What Mindfulness Chime (Hourly Chime & Speaking Clock) can do?
PLAY SOUND REGULARLY
- Play the sound regularly, helping you stay mindful of how much time has passed. Choose from preset intervals like 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes, or even 1 hour to perfectly match your workflow.
- You can also set different sounds for specific intervals! This way, you'll instantly know how much time has passed without even checking the clock. With unique sounds for different time-frames, you can easily develop a system to stay on top of your tasks.
SPEAK THE TIME OUT LOUD
- Ever miss a beat! Our app can speak the time out loud, so you can stay on top of your schedule without glancing at your phone.
- Free your eyes! Our app can announce the time, letting you multitask or stay focused without needing your phone.
- Stay in the moment! Listen to the spoken time instead of checking your phone and avoid unnecessary interruptions.
WHAT ELSE?
Don't let important tasks slip through the cracks! This app goes beyond just a simple reminder. It's a flexible tool that adapts to your needs! Here are some ways you can use it:
- Stay Hydrated: Set hourly chimes to remind yourself to take a sip of water and stay hydrated throughout the day.
- Safe Driving: Use the speaking clock feature to hear the time announced while keeping your eyes on the road. This is a safer alternative to glancing at your phone.
- Stretch it Out: Schedule regular chimes (e.g., every 30 minutes) as a gentle reminder to get up and stretch your body, improving posture and reducing fatigue.

This enhanced app builds upon the functionality of the original Mindfulness Chime (Hourly Chime & Speaking Clock). Due to technical limitations, I had to create a separate app to offer these exciting new features:

NOTICE: A text-to-speech engine must be installed, like for example Google TTS, IVONA TTS, Vocalizer TTS or SVOX Classic TTS. The TTS engine is not part of this application and can be downloaded from the Play Store. The quality of the voice depends from the installed TTS engine.
