描述
• Đặt trải nghiệm của người dùng làm trọng tâm, ứng dụng My PT v1.0 được ra mắt với giao diện thân thiện, tích hợp nhiều chức năng linh hoạt, đáp ứng nhu cầu của người dùng như:
- Màn hình Home dashboard được thiết kế hiện đại, thân thiện với người
dùng
- Chức năng điểm danh tự động cập nhật tọa độ khi mở App, cho phép
người dùng phản hồi nhanh chóng và chính xác.
- Chức năng Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (ĐH SI/SP) được vận hành với 2 tính năng “Tạo
ticket” và “Hỗ trợ chat”
- Mở rộng chức năng “Xe cải tiến” để đề cao hơn nữa những ý kiến của
nhân viên, ghi nhận các cải tiến hữu ích cho công việc và tăng tính xây
dựng gắn kết với Công ty.
- Notification: Thông báo từ hệ thống để cập nhật nhanh chóng các tin tức,
sự kiện của Công ty và kết quả thực hiện chức năng đến từng người dùng.
Trên My PT, cho phép người dùng thể hiện cảm xúc với các thông báo
bằng cách nhấp yêu thích. Đặc biệt, ở chức năng Notification cho phép
thông báo thể hiện hình ảnh, video để tăng hiệu quả truyền thông.
