Pengurusan Pegambilan Tanah (PPT)
i. Pengguna Awam
a. Memaparkan status pembayaran (pampasan) iaitu bila pembayaran dibuat dan melalui apa.
b. Memaparkan nama projek
c. Tarikh bicara (siasatan) akan dipaparkan apabila pengguna sudah membuat permohonan dan sudah berdaftar dengan JKPTG Online.
ii. Agensi
a. Status permohonan pengambilan tanah
b. Caj pembayaran lewat akan dipaparkan beserta senarai lot dan jumlah hari yang tinggal untuk membuat pembayaran.
c. Alert akan dipaparkan sebelum dan selepas pembayaran (blinking alert)
d. Tarikh siasatan dan masa siasatan
e. Pengguna boleh membuat carian menggunakan nama projek dan nombor fail untuk dipaparkan butiran siasatan dan Borang E (Mandatory)
iii. Pengguna Dalaman (Staff)
a. Lagging KPI – search by negeri
• Bilangan projek
• Bilangan lot
• Bilangan selesai
• Bilangan dalam proses
Penguatkuasa Hasil dan Persekutuan (PHP)
i. Status permohonan sewa sama ada lulus atau tidak lulus akan dipaparkan
ii. Status pembayaran sewa akan di paparkan mengikut langkah demi langkah bermula dari deposit, sewa bulanan, tunggakan, pelarasan deposit, tututan deposit dan status tuntutan hasil
iii. Status penyewaan dipaparkan sama ada lulus, tolak atau ditamatkan
Pembahagian Pusaka Kecil (PPK)
Notis pendengaran akan dihantar melalui email dan notifikasi sms. Pengguna tidak perlu lagi untuk mendaftar di Gerbang SMS
