Developed under the Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB) Project 21-140 at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, the app applies image analysis techniques to assess leaf greenness and provide evidence-based nitrogen recommendations. It is a practical, research-based tool to support efficient fertiliser use and more sustainable crop management.

• Image-based nitrogen estimation — capture leaf or canopy photos directly through the app.
• Greenness analysis — measures green pixel intensity to assess likely nitrogen status.
• Fertiliser recommendations — suggests nitrogen rates in kg/ha, kg/acre and urea equivalents.
• Guidance materials — includes text instructions and video demonstrations for correct image capture and fertiliser management.
• Multi-crop support — optimised for wheat, rice and maize.
• Offline capability — most features operate without an internet connection.
• Educational use — suitable for teaching, demonstrations and field research.
