• Registration Screen
Citizens can perform a one-time registration by providing basic details such as Username, Password, Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Area. This ensures privacy by minimizing personal data while enabling service request registration.
• Login Screen
First-time login is done using Username and Password. After initial login, users can enable fingerprint authentication to quickly access the app during subsequent logins for convenience and security.
• Raise Complaints & Service Requests
Citizens can raise complaints or service requests in various categories such as:
Public Health Complaints (e.g., garbage, sanitation issues)
Town Planning (e.g., illegal constructions)
Engineering (e.g., road damage)
Revenue (e.g., property-related issues)
Online Applications related to GVMC (Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation)
Each complaint/request includes a unique Complaint ID, description, category, and GPS-based location details to facilitate timely resolution.

This helps citizens quickly locate essential services based on their current location.
• Weather-related Data
Provides real-time weather updates for the citizen’s current location, showing:

This information helps users plan their daily activities accordingly.
• Daily Market Prices of Vegetables
Displays updated daily vegetable prices collected from local markets, enabling citizens to make informed decisions while purchasing groceries.
