■ ログイン方法
ご利用になっている福祉用具事業貸与・販売事業者さんから、ログイン用のQRコードを受け取り、「QRコードカメラ」を起動してログインQRコードを読み取ってください。
事業者に登録している利用者さまのお名前が表示されるので、正しければ「新規登録」をタップしてください。
■ 閲覧する利用者の追加
本アプリでは、複数の方の請求書・領収書を見ることができます。２人目以降は、メニューの中にある「新規登録」ボタンをタップして、QRコードカメラを起動し、１人目と同じようにログインしてください。
■ 事業者を変更した場合
引越しや入院等で、事業者が変更になって、引き続きPAYLYをご利用いただく場合は、新しい事業者さんからログインQRコードを受け取って、新規にログインしてください。なお、その際に、すでに登録している同一の利用者を選択することで、別事業者の書類でも、その利用者の共通の画面で見ることができます。
■ 請求書・領収書の閲覧と印刷・ダウンロード
請求書・領収書は、利用者を選択することで最新の情報をみることができます。アプリでは、書面をよりシンプルにした形でスマートフォンでも読みやすい形で表示しています。
また、書面で印刷してみたり保存したい場合は「印刷」ボタンをタップすることで、その月の文書の印刷が可能です。また、ダウンロードボタンをタップすると、その帳票データをPDFファイルとしてスマートフォンの端末に保存できます。
