PolymApp - CNC Master Guide
PolymApp is the ultimate app for CNC machinists and operators, designed by an experienced professional to support the CNC community. Whether you want to look up ISO tolerances, threads, clearance dimensions, general tolerances, surface specifications, or a material - with PolymApp, you have everything in one app.

Features:

Tolerance and Pre-Tolerance Calculator:
Quickly and easily find the minimum and maximum tolerances for all ISO tolerances. Integrate coating thickness into your calculations for precise results.

Camera:
Overwhelmed by too many dimensions on a drawing? Simply take a photo – the app analyzes the drawing and provides you with all relevant tolerances, including pre-tolerances for coated workpieces.

Thread Calculator:
Select the desired thread and instantly receive all necessary dimensions.

General Tolerances:
Quickly and easily identify the appropriate general tolerance according to DIN ISO 2768 for your workpiece.

Fit Calculator / Reverse Calculator:
Easily determine the correct fit for clearance, transition, and interference fits – or reverse a fit to find the matching tolerance.

Surface Specifications:
All important surface specifications for roughness at a glance.

Material Database:
Access more than 400 different materials with information on machinability, yield strength, weldability, recommended cutting data, suitable tools, and much more. The detail view also suggests similar materials based on the properties of the selected one. In addition, two materials can be compared side by side to quickly identify differences and similarities.

Machine Database:
Add all your machines with detailed machine data and associated tools.
Create individual tool lists with comprehensive details. Both tools and machines can be rearranged freely via drag-and-drop, and an edit dialog displays all relevant information.

Clearance Dimensions:
Find clearance dimensions according to DIN 509 and thread clearance dimensions according to DIN 76. Understandable sketches and all necessary dimensions at a glance.

Cutting Data Calculator:
Effortlessly and accurately calculate spindle speed, feed rate, and machining time.

Shape Calculations:
Perform precise calculations for triangles, circles, and polygons – quickly, easily, and reliably.

Form and Position Tolerances:
All form and position tolerances are displayed and clearly explained with example images.

G / M codes:
Find descriptions of various G-codes and M-codes for lathes and milling machines with different controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens.

Hardness Comparison:
Convert hardness values from different scales like HRC, HB, HV, or N/mm² quickly and accurately. Results are calculated automatically, displayed clearly, and include a machinability rating.

User Account:
Create your personal account to securely store favorites, machines, tools, and your individual settings. Data remains fully available offline, but can also be securely saved in the cloud when an internet connection is available.

Settings:
Manage your custom coatings, add new ones, or delete old ones. Additionally, you can change the language and switch between imperial and metric units (inch/mm).
