描述
Dank projectdocu können Sie endlich schnell, strukturiert und rechtssicher Bauprojekte dokumentieren. Sie erfassen Sachverhalte mit Fotos und geben Schlagworte, Sprachmemos und Beschreibungen gleich hinzu. Aufnahmestandort und Blickrichtung der Fotos können lagegenau auf Plänen hinterlegt werden, falls gewünscht auch direkt via GPS und Kompass. Erfassen von Mängeln. Die erfassten Daten werden direkt von Ihrem Android Gerät mittels WLAN oder Mobilfunk an einen Server übermittelt, wo der Eingang der Daten protokolliert wird. So können Projektfortschritt oder Baumängel effizient und rechtssicher erfasst werden und Sie schaffen Zeit für andere Aufgaben statt sich im Zweifel durch hunderte von Photos arbeiten zu müssen. Im dazugehörigen Web-Portal erstellen Sie mit wenig Aufwand Baustellenberichte, können die Lagezuordnung der Fotos optimieren oder überführen die Daten der App in ein digitales Bautagebuch inkl. Dokumentation der jeweils aktuellen Wetterdaten. Ihre Berichte erstellen und verschicken Sie dann auf Knopfdruck als PDF.
