Açıklama
Les mesures effectuées et remontées à travers cette application alimenteront une base de données commune à tous les utilisateurs de l’application. L’ensemble des expériences collectées de part et d’autre permettra d’avoir une vision globale, objective et plus précise de la couverture et de la qualité des services offerts par les opérateurs mobiles au Burkina Faso.
En aucun cas l’ARCEP n’a accès à travers cette application au contenu de vos communications. Les données collectées se limitent à celles qui servent à caractériser la qualité des communications.
Grâce à vos contributions, l’ARCEP pourra identifier de façon plus précise les actions à mettre en œuvre et encourager les opérateurs à investir dans les infrastructures pour pallier les insuffisances constatées (couvrir les zones mal desservies par les réseaux mobiles) ou pour améliorer les performances et la qualité des services.
Par cette démarche participative (crowdsourcing), l’ARCEP entend mettre les utilisateurs au cœur de son processus qualité et mettre à leur disposition des informations objectives sur les performances des opérateurs mobiles dans leurs lieux de vie.
