Unlike general cloud storage apps, Ringbind is structured around real-world readiness requirements. You can upload your documents, organise them into structured compliance packages, track expiry and recency requirements, and instantly see which documents you have, which are missing, and which need renewal.
Documents are stored securely on your device and may be synced to secure cloud infrastructure where enabled, allowing optional account-based access, recovery, and cross-device functionality.
In addition to personal use, Ringbind offers subscription features that allow you to securely store and manage documents for up to 50 businesses, making it ideal for professionals, consultants, and service providers who need to maintain compliance records across multiple clients.

Unlocks additional document management features and access to essential compliance packages including employment, property, and vehicle readiness.
Professional Plan - R99.99/month
Unlocks all features in the Personal Plan, plus additional compliance packages including banking, legal continuity, and travel readiness, along with full access to compliance guides and advanced export functionality. Includes support for up to 5 family profiles (1 adult and 4 dependents).
Business Plans
Ringbind Business subscriptions unlock the ability to manage compliance documents across multiple companies (all Business subscriptions are auto-renewing):
Standard - R199.99/month
Unlocks 1 business slot for managing company-specific documents.
Enterprise - R299.99/month
Unlocks 5 business slots for managing multiple companies.
Portfolio - R399.99/month
Unlocks 10 business slots for expanded business document management.
Corporate - R499.99/month
Unlocks 25 business slots for high-volume business use.
Executive - R599.99/month
Unlocks 50 business slots for large-scale business document management.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Google Play account settings.
