Rotator Mobile
ROTATOR MOBILE (CAPI OFFLINE SURVEYS) is a professional App, that allows you to apply surveys in the field using any mobile devices, such as tablets or Smartphones and even notebooks and laptops. The App was designed for researchers who need to manage a force of interviewers or pollsters in the field, and for those users who require advanced data validation and a professional flow of the interview using mobile devices. Rotator mobile is also perfect for companies who need to produce a top quality, clean and consistent data and to ensure the quality of the data loading process. Rotator Mobile for offline surveys supports all the features required by public opinion and market research companies that collect data through surveys, offering a clean, fluid and friendly graphical interface which enable and empowers the work of data capturing and data collecting in the field.

Our App is easy to use and easy to apply in the field through beautiful and powerful graphical user interfaces, thus supporting multiple types of questions and advanced features that enables a clean and professional flow of the interview. It can be used for customer satisfaction studies, Mystery Shopper Questionnaires, Concept and packaging tests studies, opinion studies in general and for those Computer Assisted Personal surveys that require to apply a face-to-face interview, whether to be applied in shopping malls, offices, hotels, or even outdoors at urban or rural sites.

It is important to note that our App was designed to be applied by field surveyors, not to be self-applied as an online survey. It was also designed to operate in remote locations where there is no internet signal. You can collect the geolocation of the sampling point, take photos with the camera of the device, record part of the interview, collect the signature of the interviewee or the interviewer, among many advanced features that gives fluidity and security to the data collected.

The process of creating a survey (questionnaire) or modelling a study has to be done on a Windows PC using the software ROTATOR MODELER PRO, which is a robust, friendly and powerful Windows application. This software can be downloaded from https://rotatorsurvey.com. After downloading and installing it on a Windows 10 PC, you can create your questionnaire and then publish it to a cloud, thereafter the system will give you a survey number which you will use on the mobile APP.
Among the users of our App there are small, medium and large-size market research firms. Government institutions, universities, social research centres and companies of all kinds that perform data collection on mobile devices. They are located throughout the world geography, including South, Central and North America and some countries from Europe and Africa.
