描述
Grazie a Safe Defender e al dispositivo Safe Board è possibile dialogare a doppio senso anche con le centrali di sicurezza sprovviste di un apposito sistema di remotizzazione. Il dispositivo Safe Board permette di remotizzare la centrale collegandosi a questa tramite porta seriale e alla rete tramite un normale cavo Ethernet. Puoi consultare il nostro sito http://www.safedefender.me per informazioni circa le centrali al momento supportate.
Tramite Safe Defender puoi:
- Visualizzare in tempo reale tutti gli stati della centrale
- Visualizzare in tempo reale gli stati di tutti gli elementi (aree, zone, uscite, ecc.)
- Visualizzare gli eventi rilevati dalla centrale
- Inviare comandi alla centrale per ogni singolo elemento (area, zona, uscita, ecc.) come faresti dal vivo sul tuo impianto
- Ricevere notifiche push immediate in caso di allarmi e/o guasti
Safe Defender ti permette inoltre, qualora tu lo desideri, di richiedere l'intervento remoto dell'installatore di fiducia che ti ha installato il sistema di remotizzazione. In caso di necessità potrai abilitare il tuo installatore a collegarsi da remoto alla tua centrale per un periodo massimo di 6 ore, senza dovergli dare password o altri tipi di accesso. L'installatore potrà visualizzare stati ed eventi ed inviare comandi esattamente come fai tu, senza che tu debba mai rinunciare ad avere il controllo del tuo impianto.

Per utilizzare Safe Defender sul tuo impianto devi contattare il tuo installatore di fiducia e richiedere l'installazione di una Safe Board per abilitare la tua centrale alla remotizzazione. Una volta eseguita questa attività l'installatore ti fornirà una utenza tramite la quale potrai entrare in Safe Defender e iniziare a gestire da remoto il tuo impianto.
