Die App SP&M wird verwendet für:
-Katastrophen- und Zivilschutzpläne
-Notfallpläne für Krankenhäuser, Betriebe, Institutionen und Einrichtungen
-Business Continuity Management
SP&M ist für Führungskräfte und alle, die an der Umsetzung von Notfallmaßnahmen aktiv beteiligt sind.
Die App greift auf die SP&M Web-Plattform zu, auf der alle Informationen abgelegt sind. Bis zu einer individuell bestimmbaren Datenmenge können Informationen direkt auf dem Handy abgespeichert werden und sind somit offline verfügbar.
Die Informationen SP&M Plattform ist Voraussetzung für den Betrieb der SP&M APP.
* Checkliste
Anhand der interaktiven Checklisten haben sie in einer Notsituation die zu setzenden Schritte stets im Blick. Alarmstufen können mit Hilfe dieser Checkliste schnell und sicher definiert werden. Durch die Alarmierungs- und Verständigungsfunktion werden sie sofort zu wichtigen Dokumenten weitergeleitet und können mit wenigen Klicks beteiligte Personen durch Telefonate und SMS alarmieren.
* Handbuch
Im Bereich „Handbuch“ sind die Inhalte des Notfallplanes abrufbar. Checklisten, Handlungsanweisungen, Pläne, und weiter Informationen können hier sofort abgerufen werden.
* Meldungen
Diese Funktion bietet eine übersichtliche Art der Kommunikation. Die Nachrichten werden in Echtzeit übertragen und erleichtern maßgeblich die Verständigung bei der Bewältigung von kritischen Situationen.
* Kontaktlisten
SP&M bietet ein zentral auf der Plattform gespeicherter Kontakt und Telefonverzeichnis an, um schnellen Zugriff auf die richtigen Kontakte zu gewähren. Die wichtigsten Telefonnummern haben sie sofort auf einen Blick zur Verfügung und können per Klick die benötigten Telefonate führen.

Um schnell an die richtigen Informationen zu gelangen, kann man unter „Externe Links“ schnell und unproblematisch auf wichtige Informationen im Netz zugreifen.
