الوصف
Sherlock Mobile cuenta con las siguientes funcionalidades:
- Alertas sobre fallas relacionadas con los sistemas físicos de tu industria, con dos niveles de gravedad, baja y alta, la fecha y hora de inicio y fin del suceso, una descripción del mismo y una acción recomendada. Las alertas se generan a partir de la configuración cargada en Sherlock Web.
- Registro de todas las alertas recibidas durante los últimos 3 días.
- Filtros para determinar cuáles alertas quieres visualizar, según la gravedad y cuándo se iniciaron.
- Configuración del nivel de notificación: no recibir ninguna notificación (nivel 0), recibir solo notificaciones de gravedad alta (nivel 1) o recibir todas las notificaciones (nivel 2).
- Configuración de los horarios activos, es decir, los horarios donde se desean recibir notificaciones y nada fuera de ese horario.
- Enlace para solicitar soporte.
