or sound and shows the value in decibels in a simple way.
Can also be used as an applausometer!
Interface:
The interface is very simple and intuitive. Possibility to see
always minimum, average and maximum value in decibels and a graph with the acquired data.
Calibration:
You can easily calibrate your digital instrument, with just a few steps,
so as to always have a precise and professional sound level meter.
Information:
0 dB: Many people just hear a silent noise
30/40 dB: Ideal calm, quiet library
50 dB: Normal conversations at home
60 dB: Conversations in the restaurant, in the office, background music
70 dB: Vacuum cleaner
80 dB: Blender
90 dB: Drill
100 dB: Motorcycle
120 dB: Thunder
140 dB: Gunshot / siren
Note:
Microphones in most Android devices (samsung, huawei, oneplus, xiaomi, etc..) are aligned to the human voice.
The maximum values are limited by the device. Very loud sounds (over ~ 90 dB),
cannot be recognized on most devices. Use it only as an auxiliary tool.
If you need more accurate dB values, we recommend an actual sound level meter
