Açıklama
Il servizio è accessibile tutti i giorni della settimana, 24 ore su 24 ed è pensato per facilitare l’accesso alla Pubblica Amministrazione da parte del Cittadino.
Per usufruire del servizio è necessario essere in possesso di:
- un account SPID oppure una Carta di Identità Elettronica CIE
una ricetta elettronica emessa in Sicilia, per lo stesso utente che effettua login
- Potrai selezionare la struttura presso la quale effettuare la prenotazione e ricevere sul tuo smartphone il riscontro di prenotazione. Le strutture aderenti restituiscono un unico appuntamento per le prestazioni prescritte in impegnativa; qualora non fosse possibile è necessario rivolgersi direttamente al CUP della struttura scelta.
Attualmente, per modificare o annullare il tuo appuntamento, devi rivolgerti alla struttura presso cui è stata effettuata la prenotazione.
Prossimamente sarà possibile anche effettuare i pagamenti e visualizzare lo storico delle prenotazioni effettuate direttamente dall’APP.
