Description
Benchmarks the storage speed of an Android device.
Available storage space on working partition will also be determined.
Custom paths can now be tested too!
Android 4.4.x KitKat and 5.x Lollipop and 6.x Marshmallow supported!
Auto-listing of Removable SDCARD path for easy testing on Paths Screen.
No ads!
Actions: Creates, writes test file, measures time duration of file operation to calculate speed.
Displays:
1. Purpose: This is a speed test!
2. Empty storage space available in Bytes, MB, and GB
3. Total storage space available in Bytes, MB, and GB
4. Used storage space displayed in a Bar for easy viewing at a glance
5. Location of the test data file on Results screen
6. Size of test data file on Results screen
7. Number of runs on Results screen
8. Time duration in milliseconds to write test data file on Results screen
9. The write speed in Bytes per Millisecond as well as in MB/s for easy comparison on Results screen
10. Graph or plots benchmark results compared to a few example Android devices on Results screen
11. Average Speed of Multi-Run test
12. Configurable path to test
13. Configurable test file size (larger is more accurate)
14. Configurable number of runs (higher is more accurate)
15. App Navigation
16. Sharing of device info and results
17. Theme can be Light or Dark
18. Dedicated screens for largest graphs
19. Removable SDCARD Paths
20. Database for results!
Additional features are planned. More Graphs? Plots? Comparisons to example Android devices? Uploading results? Direct comparison of results on multiple devices?
Recent options enabled include selectable test target, data file size, and multi-runs,
