描述
(Before the introduction of this system, tracking the seed's journey relied heavily on the PRC team manually entering data into SAP, which often led to delays in data entry into SAP, Samples submission for EP/GOT/EP & related communication to internal stakeholders).
This innovative app resolves the (those) challenges by allowing seamless tracking of seed movements from field to the designated processing plant, ensuring that the necessary data is captured and made available well before the SAP entry. It enables the ISC team and other internal stakeholders to take timely follow-ups for quick receipt and entry, thereby reducing time lags and bottlenecks.
One of the core functionalities of the " TC Track App" is its ability to generate and share summaries of the tracking information, providing essential updates to the stakeholders/functions involved, fostering a more efficient, transparent, and responsive workflow across all internal departments.
