Ocorrências aberta por um morador é visualizada somente pelo próprio morador e pelo administrador. Outros moradores não acessam as ocorrências abertas.
Todo tratamento feito na sua ocorrência dispara uma notificação para o seu celular. Quando a ocorrência eh finalizada, você recebera instruções de aprovar ou reprovar a solução dada.
Pode ser feito o cadastro de informações importantes como falta de água ou mudança de procedimentos internos.
Podem também ser disponibilizado documentos como regimento interno, convenção coletiva e atas de reunião. Todos os usuários receberão notificações avisando do novo informativo. O aplicativo informa ao administrador os moradores que já leram ou não o informativo.
