Beskrivelse
Build interval (HIIT) timers too: set a work and rest duration with a round count and the timer cycles through each phase, showing the current phase and round with a beep on each phase change and a 3-2-1 lead-in. While running a countdown you can quickly add or subtract time. Stopwatches support laps with an expandable lap list (saved between sessions) and an optional goal alert — with a progress ring toward the goal — that notifies you even when the app is in the background.
While a timer or stopwatch is running and you leave the app, ongoing notifications keep counts visible (system chronometer so times stay accurate without per-second app wakeups). When a countdown reaches zero, you get a finish alert — with Settings to control finish sound, vibration, and whether the alert repeats. Timers also recover after a reboot.
The UI follows Material 3 with light and dark theme (including dynamic color on supported devices) and is available in 10 languages. Open-source and third-party notices are in the in-app Licenses screen.
