Training
速足とゆっくり歩きの時間を管理、指定した時間(分)をメトロノームで知らせる。

ストレッチ等の運動を定義し、定義された運動を組み合わせだ運動メニューを実行する機能を追加しました。
運動の定義には表示する画像またはビデオの設定や運動名の読み上げ機能、BGM設定や表示時間設定ができます。
メニューには運動のセット数やメニュー自体の繰り返し数を設定できます。

実行時の表示や再生のタイミング

再生時間が 0 の場合

1. 画像表示 または 動画が再生開始
2. 「読み」が有れば読み上げ開始
3. 読み上げ終了時に動画が終了していなければ動画終了を待つ
読み上げ途中でも動画が先に終了すれば終わりとなる
4. 終わり

再生時間が 正の場合

1. 画像表示 または 動画が再生開始
2. 「読み」が有れば読み上げ開始
3. 読み上げ終了時にタイマーがスタートし、タイマー終了で終わり
動画が終了してなくても中断される

再生時間が 負の場合

1. 画像表示 または 動画が再生開始
2. 同時に「読み」が有れば読み上げ開始
3. 同時にタイマーがスタートし、タイマー終了で終わり
動画が終了してなくても中断される

読み上げを完了させてから音声/音楽を開始したければ再生時間を正に設定する。
その時、動画が長ければ動画を再生させたい時間も含めて、時間を設定する。
