Coach-Net Mobile app enables our members to quickly and easily access important membership information and request roadside assistance in just a few simple steps, giving the user more options to request the assistance right for their particular situation. Leverage Coach-Net’s nationwide 24/7 roadside service provider network and your phone’s GPS capabilities to route assistance directly to your location.
Benefits to Coach-Net members:
• Membership Card Access: Membership information is conveniently stored in the app for fast and easy access when the member needs it most.
• Selection of Service: Easily request the type of service needed, speeding up the dispatch process.
• Live Chat: Ask questions, resolve issues, send pictures, and troubleshoot with RV-trained agents
• Schedule A Call: Speak with a certified RV technician when not in an emergency and it’s most convenient.
• Call Now: Request roadside assistance with a touch of a button, see queue wait time, speak directly with RV-trained agents, and send pictures to agents so the user can request the best service for their particular event situation
• Location Services: By enabling Location Services, RV-trained agents can easily relay directions to the service provider.
• Membership Reminders: Membership renewal reminders so the member does not experience a lapse in coverage.
• Membership Profile Information: Ability to update vehicle information and contact preferences so the Coach-Net dispatcher already has important information needed for the member’s request.
• Sign and Drive Service - Enjoy convenient “sign and drive” service with no payment required for roadside services covered up to your plan’s benefit limit*
*Members are responsible for payment to the independent service provider for any charges exceeding the plan benefit limit per disablement. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the current Member Benefit Guide. Services provided to individuals who are not Coach-Net members are subject to fees.
