描述
GoRides bokningssystem är utvecklat för dig som vill skapa din egen cykelpool eller fordonspool. Appen hanterar olika låslösningar för alla olika typer av fordon.
Programvaran är enkel att hantera samtidigt som den har avancerade funktioner som underlättar användande och drift.
Som användare får du:
-Väderprognos direkt när bokningen görs, samt när cykeln hämtas ut.
-Information om kända fel för fordonet direkt i appen.
-Enkel felrapportering med assistans (tillgänglighet varierar per pool).
-Automatisk ombokning till fungerande fordon om ditt bokade fordon felrapporteras.
-Navigationshjälp som visar restider och vägval för olika fordonsalternativ inklusive lokaltrafik.
Dessutom finns en mängd funktioner som normalt inte syns men som aktiveras vid behov. Till exempel får användare möjlighet att ringa nästa/föregående bokare vid försening.
Som administratör kan du:
-Skapa grupper av fordon av olika typ eller med olika typer av användare.
-Välj hur underhållet skall skötas och låt ansvariga mekaniker få felrapporter direkt.
-Få kontroll på underhållskostnader och slitage med automatiska felrapporter och spårning av felorsaker.
-Få statistik över användandet.
-Skapa regler för prissättning och bokning.
