Für Verkehrsunternehmen/-verbünde:
Mit protraQ können öffentliche Verkehrsbetriebe zielgerichtet elektronische Fahrberechtigungen kontrollieren und ihre Einnahmen sichern. Der Prüfvorgang per Smartphone-App ist schnell und sorgt für eine hohe Effizienz der Kontrolle. Scannen Sie einfach Online-/Mobile-Tickets (2D-Barcodes) oder lesen die Chip-basierte Fahrkarte mit Hilfe eines NFC-fähigen Smartphones aus. Die App teilt Ihnen direkt mit, auf welcher Strecke und wie lange die Fahrberechtigung gültig ist. Über Standardschnittstellen laufen die erhobenen Daten zur nahtlosen Weiterverarbeitung direkt in die Verwaltungssysteme.
Das leistet bereits die kostenfreie Basisversion der App. Die Vollversion bietet zusätzliche Features wie z.B. ein vollständiges Sperrlistenmanagement sowie ein integriertes Produkt-/Kontrollmodul, mit dem Sie Karten direkt sperren und Betrugsfälle minimieren können.

Sie haben protraQ für Ihre Chipkarten genutzt und als Antwort eine Zahlenkombination oder "Unbekanntes Produkt" erhalten? Kein Problem! Wir ermöglichen, dass Ihr Unternehmen und Ihre Produkte bei der Kontrolle durch protraQ erkannt werden.

Wollten Sie schon immer wissen, welche Informationen in den quadratischen Codes stecken, die auf den Fahrkarten der Deutschen Bahn aufgedruckt sind? Jetzt können Sie es ganz einfach selbst herausfinden. Mit der vom Freiburger Softwarehaus highQ Computerlösungen entwickelten App protraQ scannen Sie den 2D-Barcode und erfahren, welche Fahrberechtigung in ihm gespeichert ist. Sie können auch E-Ticket Chipkarten anderer Verkehrsanbieter auslesen.
Bei der aktuellen Testausgabe der protraQ App ist im Vergleich zur Vollversion die Anzahl der Kontrollvorgänge begrenzt. Ebenfalls ist keine Online-Anbindung zu Ihren Hintergrundsystemen eingerichtet. Für die einfache Kontrolle von 2D-Barcodes und E-Tickets reicht sie aber vollkommen aus. Daher richtet sie sich vorerst hauptsächlich an Verkehrsunternehmen und -verbünde. Aber auch als Fahrgast sind Sie herzlich eingeladen, die Funktionen zu testen – wir freuen uns auf Ihr Feedback!
