Description

rnt.am collects rental and for-sale housing listings in Yerevan from open Telegram channels and brings them into one shape.

We do not write the listings. Every fifteen minutes a collector reads the channels, splits each post into fields — price, district, street, rooms, area, floor, term, deposit, commission — and puts them into a single list. You contact the author where they published.

WHAT YOU GET

• One search instead of a dozen channels. Filters by district, price, rooms, term, commission and deposit — the things a channel feed cannot do. • A map. Each listing sits where it belongs, and when the address is known only roughly you see a blur, not a pin: we do not invent a building we do not know. • Price in context. Every listing shows how far above or below its district median it stands. • Analytics. Median and spread by district, price per square metre, distribution, and the flow of new listings by day. • A shortlist, so what you liked does not get lost. • Duplicates. The same flat posted to several channels collapses into one card.

POST YOUR OWN

Paste the text you already wrote for your channel: the parser pulls the fields out of it and asks only for what it could not find. Photos are added from your phone, and the coordinates in their metadata are stripped. A listing goes live after a moderator checks it and stays for thirty days.

HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS

• The data comes from channels, and the writing there varies. The parser makes mistakes; if you see one, you can report the listing. • Listings live thirty days and then go: the rental market moves fast, and a stale price misleads. • We are not an agency and take no commission. We are not part of the deal and do not vet landlords — the decision and the negotiation stay with you.
